I searched three LR dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area after deciding to buy a new car. Most wanted a premium over the asking price. Not only did they honour the RRP, they actually offered a small discount upon collection. Samir was very responsive and always kept me up to date with the delivery timeline . Upon collection, I was delighted with the service I received. I have been buying LR’s for over 30 years and this dealership has to be one of the best.
I have purchased three new Land Rovers here. The first 2 were 5 Star + experience's. This last one was by far the worst ever from start to finish with the exception of Phillip who is amazing. The new regime that took over this dealership has ruined the buyer dealer relationship and treat the customer like an after thought. I totally see why you have lost 90% of your loyal staff and I'm guessing the loyal customers will be moving on as well!

Traumatized by this car buying experience. The culture at this dealership is toxic to the people in the community. This is a dealership that should be investigated and lose licenses to operate. The Company’s absence of Beneficence, Justice, and Veracity is obvious and Florida should be ashamed at celebrating the Morgan automotive group.

This place is a total disaster. Avoid a major headache in dealing with Land Rover of Sarasota. Rivera in customer service is a disrespectful jerk and is a total xxxxxxxx artist. I had an issue with my brakes for 3 years and was never fixed correctly and after 3 years he told me it was out of warranty. Everytime I am in the waiting room a customer is yelling at someone over being dissatisfied. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

Purchased my Vehicle through online process and picked up in person. Excellent SERVICE by Jason Vosler and his crew from start to finish!! Very seamless and very easy to deal with also very accommodating to our times and schedule! Highly recommended dealer and Sales person!
I asked for the availability of a used car and was told that it was indeed still available, however as I almost got to the dealership I was informed that the car was actually sold some time the previous night even though I was told it was still available at 12 in the afternoon. And after the near 2 hour drive this was very disappointing and also upsetting to hear.
GM and Finiance guy told me I had 45 days to decide if I wanted to keep the car. Purchase was Dec 12, 2023. I take the car back on the 40 day and guess what… The Finance guy, GM and sales guy have all been fired so they wouldn’t even look into the statement they made about bringing it back. Not to mention they charged all kinds of crazy fees and now the car isn’t even worth trading in without losing a lot of money. Very shady practices used here to sell cars. Beyond disappointed.

Horrible and deceitful dealership. These guys use more deceitful tactics than I’ve ever seen. Quite reminiscent of a 70s used dealership on a Vegas corner! Beware and steer clear. They refuse to accept your private financing and try to bully you into taking their higher interest financing as they get kickbacks. Advertised price isn’t legit either as they force you to accept their “treatment” package which is totally bogus as well.

What a great service experience which these days are very rare. Tyler addressed all of my concerns, and went over everything meticulously with me. I was provided a loaner while repairs were being done which was very convenient. Tyler gave me daily updates as to the status of my vehicle which was much appreciated. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better service experience.
Had to come to the dealership for a check engine light on. Turns out it was a low coolant light. And everyone was very helpful and courteous.
Great before the sale however everything changed after things were completed. They were dishonest with all of their fees and the warranty. They also changed banks that we signed off on at a higher interest rate. This place is terrible and I suggest to anyone to find another dealership.
My experience with Jaguar Land Rover was unpleasant at best. The salesman was dishonest. He told me I HAD to buy an insurance product, it was not optional. When I read the paperwork at home, there was a statement that this insurance was not a condition of sale. He had his mechanic appraise my old car. He said that the transmission was slipping. Sales part went well. After we signed papers everything changed. Was promised to fix a scratch and send to body shop. Came back worse than before. Looked like it was painted in the parking lot. Now car has been there another week and no one knows anything or where car is in process. Very bad experience so far
Bought a used BMW and traded in a vehicle. The dealership failed to payoff the trade in for over two months which caused me to have a late payment on the trade-in. I had to make a payment on the new car and then my old car so I wouldn’t have a ding on my credit. Called dealership multiple times and kept being sent to different people with no return calls. Very unprofessional staff. Hope to get problem resolved.

Terrible experience. I had some warranty work I wanted done to my Discovery, made an appointment, showed up and left my car for repairs. Later that afternoon I texted my service advisor, Jason Lewis, but did not hear from him. An hour later I texted again but still no reply. I called and left a message for him but did not hear back. HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered the brand new Land Rover in September 2022 and they took my deposit of $2500 based on the build sheet. The car came in last week and they wanted a $20,000 "market adjustment' fee after custom ordering he car, waiting 8 months and they never mentioned it before. I am mortified how this was handled and i would never have had ordered the car. The new car manager Ronnie Young is arrogant and rude
